Ambrosia Bistro & Wine Bar
Spokane Valley · New American & Wine Bar
We haven't made it in for a visit yet, so this one's built from what fellow diners and locals are saying — we'll update it with our own take once we've pulled up a chair.
Ambrosia Bistro & Wine Bar has been a Spokane Valley staple for close to twenty years, tucked into Argonne Village with an upscale, seasonal New American menu. The kitchen keeps the list deliberately tight — dishes like apricot curry chicken, French onion soup, blackened salmon, and an ahi tuna salad — and the wine program has earned Wine Spectator recognition.
The reputation is consistently high: excellent, dependable food, attentive service, and a cozy, intimate room that suits everything from a date night to a small gathering — some regulars flatly call it the best in the Valley.
