Diners under green patio umbrellas on Anthony's deck overlooking Spokane Falls

Truly one of Spokane's best patios, with an amazing view of the Falls. Great service combined with an excellent blend of seafood and steaks — I highly recommend the chargrilled halibut with chive oil.

There's no better view in Spokane dining than Anthony's — perched right at the base of Spokane Falls, with window and patio seating that books up for exactly that reason. The Dungeness crab cakes are called the best in town, and the crab fettuccine, halibut, and ahi nachos back that up. A well-regarded happy hour and a $35 three-course Sunset menu offer a genuinely more affordable way into what's otherwise a special-occasion price point.

It's also built for a group. Anthony's sits right on the Spokane River at the base of the falls, with private and semi-private rooms that get used for business dinners, receptions, and milestone celebrations — including one with its own outdoor deck over the water. If you're organizing something and the view is the point, that's the room to ask about.

Portion size on the sides is the most repeated critique — a few reviewers wish the vegetables and rice pilaf matched the entrée price a bit better — and service pacing can vary on a busy night. None of that dents the view or the overall reputation, though: this remains one of Spokane's classic date-night and celebration destinations.
