Foodie Review
Boiada Brazilian Grill
Downtown Spokane · Brazilian Churrascaria
We haven't made it in for a visit yet, so this one's built from what fellow diners and locals are saying — we'll update it with our own take once we've pulled up a chair.
Boiada brought genuine Brazilian rodizio-style dining to downtown Spokane — nothing else in the city offers true tableside-carved, all-you-can-eat meat service with servers in traditional gaucho uniforms. The picanha, filet, and lamb chops rotate through your table alongside an extensive salad bar and a proper Brazilian lemonade and caipirinha, with sister locations in Kennewick and Coeur d'Alene backing up the concept's success.
One detailed review described an awkward table placement and slow service on a quiet night, but that's genuinely the exception — most feedback is close to uniformly glowing, especially around service and meat quality. A great pick for celebrations, birthdays, and groups.
