Dodo's at the High Spot opened in late 2025 in the Valley's Greenacres neighborhood, taking over the old Stupid Cow Cafe and turning it into an ambitious, from-scratch modern American kitchen. The menu roams on purpose — lumpia with fig jam and a clam chowder pot pie to start, then rigatoni with meatballs, scallops in red curry, stroganoff, and a dressed-up double cheeseburger.

For a newcomer it's made a fast impression — diners have called it a game-changer for Spokane Valley, singling out the scallops and salmon and an atmosphere that manages to feel both high-end and relaxed. It's new enough that we want to see it for ourselves before weighing in.
