Domini Sandwiches

Downtown Spokane · Old-School Sandwich Counter

An institution in Spokane. Huge sandwiches piled with meat and cheese. You can't beat the corned beef on rye with brown mustard.

Domini has never been complicated, and that's the whole point — bread, a serious amount of meat, cheese, mustard, and nothing that needs explaining. It closed for a stretch and came back in 2025 under new ownership at a new downtown address on South Howard, which means the room is different even though the formula isn't.

Go hungry and know what you're walking into: these are big, plain, cold-counter sandwiches, not a composed lunch. If you want something delicate, this isn't the stop. If you want the sandwich you remember, it's still here.
