Hapa Hawaiian Grill

Liberty Lake · Hawaiian Plate Lunch

By Foodie Spokane · July 17, 2026

We haven't made it in for a visit yet, so this one's built from what fellow diners and locals are saying — we'll update it with our own take once we've pulled up a chair.

Hapa Hawaiian Grill brings island-style plate lunch to Liberty Lake, built around the Aloha spirit and a menu of Hawaiian staples — shoyu-style ahi poke over rice, chicken adobo, kalbi short ribs, chicken katsu, kalua pork, and spam musubi. The combination plates, with teriyaki chicken, mac salad, and cucumber salad, are the easy entry point.

It lands on local best-of lists for Hawaiian food, and the early word is consistent: fresh plates, generous portions, and owners who bring real warmth and a clean, welcoming setup. It's high on our list to get in for a plate of our own.
