Mexico Lindo is a family-run taqueria on Liberty Lake Road turning out an approachable Mexican menu — fajitas and pollo crema draw the most praise, alongside spinach enchiladas, burritos, and a habanero salsa with some heat to it. Strong, affordable margaritas are part of the appeal.
It carries one of the higher local ratings among Liberty Lake's Mexican spots, with regulars pointing to fast service, kind and attentive staff, generous portions, and a family-friendly room — the occasional miss, like mixed reviews on the shrimp tacos, aside.
