Pho Thy is a brand-new Vietnamese restaurant on East Sprague, having just filed its business license in early 2026 — too new for us to speak to specific dishes or consistency with any confidence yet.
We'll plan to revisit this one once more customer feedback comes in and give it a proper look once it's had time to settle in.
