We haven't made it in for a visit yet, so this one's built from what fellow diners and locals are saying — we'll update it with our own take once we've pulled up a chair.
Pho Van is a no-frills, family-friendly Vietnamese noodle house on North Division, and regulars consistently call the pho broth some of the best in Spokane — neither watered down nor overly rich. The roast duck noodle soup, banh mi, and spring rolls with peanut sauce round out a straightforward, reliable menu served in a seat-yourself counter-service setup.
A few reviews mention a lack of a lower-cost lunch menu, with soup and entrées running $17-22, and the occasional order mix-up. Otherwise, this is a well-loved, dependable spot for a quick, satisfying bowl of pho.
