Pure Northwest took over the former Red Lion Pub space at Main and Division and turned it into one of downtown's more novel concepts — a charcuterie-style salad bar and an espresso martini "tree" that reviewers consistently call out as genuinely unique additions to Spokane's dining scene. The smash burger, warm Brussels salad, and truffle fries round out the food menu, backed by a well-regarded daily happy hour from 3-6pm.
A few reviews mention inconsistent drink quality during the busiest weekends and one report of feeling ill after the poke nachos, plus a canceled Mother's Day reservation with poor communication. Overall, though, this is a genuinely fresh, well-executed concept for downtown drinks and casual dinners, especially around the salad bar and patio.
