Snow Eater Brewing pours out of a striking Liberty Lake taproom that regulars compare to a Colorado ski lodge — high ceilings, roll-up garage doors, a breezy patio, and a lofted seat above the bar. The beer list is the draw and it's wide-ranging, with a honey-vanilla cream ale, a black rye IPA, and hazy options like the Sparkle Pony getting singled out, plus pizza, grilled cheese, and nachos to go with it.
Locals rate it among the better breweries in the Valley area, praising the quality and creativity of the lineup, a slightly classier feel than the average taproom, and a dog-friendly patio with live music and trivia nights.
