Sushi Blossom is a small, intimate, family-run sushi bar on South Hill's Grand Blvd, widely described as having some of the freshest fish in Spokane with generous portions relative to price. The escolar sashimi, Salmon Blossom roll, and Starry Night roll are the most-praised dishes, served in a cozy, Japanese-inspired space with a lovely patio in warmer months.
Parking can be tight given the small lot, and at least one review mentioned a recent dip in consistency compared to earlier visits. Still, this remains a well-loved, good-value pick for a date night or a casual sushi craving on South Hill.
