I used to be a fan, but I'll be straight with you — this location has slipped for me in recent years. I've run into service issues on multiple visits, and when I do go to Twigs now, I generally head to the downtown location instead.
Twigs is a regional bistro-and-martini-bar chain, and the Spokane Valley spot on Indiana carries the same playbook: a broad menu, locally sourced touches, and a cocktail list people genuinely love — the huckleberry lemon drop and key lime martini get named again and again. When it's on, the steak with cheese sauce, crab mac and cheese, and shrimp tacos deliver.
The trouble is consistency, and I'm not alone on it — plenty of reviews echo slow, uneven service, including long waits when the room isn't even busy. The food and drinks can still be very good, so I wouldn't write it off entirely; just go in knowing the experience here can be hit or miss.
