Yo Dumplings is Spokane's newest fusion concept, a genuinely original pairing of Southern smokehouse flavors and Asian street food from chef-owner Jocelyn Dupree, tucked inside Brick West Brewing since opening in January 2026. Pepperoni pizza wontons, Kobe beef bao burgers, Korean brisket bao tacos, and loaded bulgogi fries make up a menu unlike anything else in the city, built with locally sourced ingredients down to the applewood from Green Bluff.
As a brand-new spot, there isn't yet a real review history to draw from — most of what's out there is opening buzz rather than sustained customer feedback. Worth watching as it settles in, and a fun, casual pairing with Brick West's beer list in the meantime.
